Senior Manager Business Development

Localidade: São Paulo

Idiomas: Inglês fluente (Espanhol será um diferencial)

Formação: Graduação em Ciências ou Negócios; pós-graduação ou formação combinando ambas as áreas será um diferencial.

Descrição da posição:

A função exige habilidade para atuar em um ambiente dinâmico, interagir com diversos níveis hierárquicos e parceiros externos, além de curiosidade, foco em resultados e capacidade de se adaptar a prioridades em constante mudança. Reportando-se ao Diretor de Desenvolvimento de Negócios.

Requisitos:

  1. Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento de negócios, consultoria, pesquisa de mercado ou desenvolvimento clínico.
  2. Diploma em uma área científica ou comercial; formação avançada será um diferencial.
  3. Excelentes habilidades de análise, pesquisa e gerenciamento de tempo, com atenção a detalhes e compromisso com precisão e qualidade.
  4. Comunicação escrita e oral impecável, incluindo a capacidade de apresentar ideias complexas de forma clara e persuasiva.
  5. Facilidade para networking e interação com parceiros e clientes em potencial.
  6. Capacidade de resolver problemas de forma criativa e de liderar equipes.

Diferenciais:

  1. Conhecimento do setor farmacêutico / biotecnológico.
  2. Experiência com análise de mercado e ferramentas como IQVIA.
  3. Familiaridade com conceitos jurídicos e elaboração de contratos.
  4. Experiência em modelagem financeira e análise de dados.

Principais responsabilidades:

  1. Realizar análises de diferentes áreas terapêuticas.
  2. Avaliar novos produtos com base em literatura científica, dados clínicos e pesquisa de mercado (qualitativa e quantitativa), além de modelagem financeira.
  3. Liderar processos de due diligence multifuncionais, incluindo visitas a empresas e coordenação de equipes.
  4. Preparar apresentações estratégicas para a alta gestão sobre avaliações de produtos e oportunidades de negócios.
  5. Contribuir na negociação, estruturação e revisão de contratos com parceiros externos, interagindo com consultores jurídicos, quando necessário.
  6. Acompanhar regulamentos do setor, tendências de mercado e dinâmicas emergentes no mercado farmacêutico.
