We are seeking a seasoned and experienced professional to lead business development efforts in the Americas region. As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within existing and potential client base.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with experience in building and maintaining relationships with key clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and foster account growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel and hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management skills.
- Advanced Spanish language proficiency is a must.
Benefits
