**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are hiring a **Client Service Team
- CX Latam **to our **Customer Experience - CX** team in **São Paulo**
**YOUR IMPACT**:
- Monitor metrics and proactively surface insights to the Customer Experience leadership team
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of issues (support);
- Ensure CX works together with other departments to address everyday problems;
- Prioritize and escalate the main issues impacting our clients that need to go to a second level of assistance;
- Support CX leadership by executing activities needed to manage the relationship with our clients; (e.g. : report production; deep dives and root cause analysis);
- Support the interaction with other areas to ensure information gets to CX teams on time;
- Collaborate with other departments to define, prioritize, develop and deliver projects;
- Consolidate all issues requests from the Clients and guarantee we have the right RASCI to solve them.
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- Experience working in CX operations and/or customer, partner, or financial operations (management consulting firm, investment bank, technology firm, or comparable experience);
- Previous experience working with Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus;
- Intermediate/Advanced Spanish. English is a plus (given the scope of Latin America, many meetings are in both English and Spanish);
- Motivation (teamwork, working collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of roles, backgrounds and work styles);
- Analytical skills (experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analysis/reporting);
- Concise communication (able to credibly and convincingly present and discuss recommendations with leadership);
- Proactive (able to seek information, solve conceptual problems, gather resources and deliver results in challenging situations).
