We’re here to push forward, be innovative, and do great things together.**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:- Empower designers and researchers to thrive in their roles so we may continue to create cutting edge products and services that people enjoy using- Leverage Service Design principles to diagnose, discover, define, develop, and deliver impactful learning solutions that effectively address learning needs & performance gaps- Lead all aspects of training programs including pitches, presentations, curriculum development, vendor management, comms and reporting- Stay abreast of learning trends in the industry and optimize existing training programs/materials- Design and deliver accessible, self-paced courses, live workshops, team activities, skill practice labs, and individual coaching sessions.- Treat Learning & Development as a VIP customer service, nurturing the employee experience from the moment a job is accepted- Continuously examine, optimize, and measure our operational model and processes (e.g. automating tasks, improving workflows, developing repeatable methodologies)**WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU**:- Can embrace SAP Design’s spirit of innovation, collaboration and inclusivity- Enjoy working closely with designers, and have familiarity with product development, research, and UX design disciplines- Are familiar with UX & Design tools, principles, methodologies and disciplines- Thrive in collaborative work environments without hesitating to independently own, define, and deliver on complex and ambiguous tasks, projects, and programs- Possess strong instructing and virtual facilitation skills**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Strong professional training or teaching experience- Experience as a Designer, Trainer, Account Manager, Program Manager, Project Manager or Producer in a design operations, marketing or customer/client service environment- Ability to lead initiatives in a fully remote, global environment- Experience conducting needs analysis and using multiple eLearning authoring tools, including Articulate- Familiarity with virtual whiteboarding / design tools such as Mural, Figma**LET’S TALK****#SAPUXDesignCareers****We are SAP****Our inclusion promise**SAP’s culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone - regardless of background - feels included and can run at their best.
