Primary Purpose Of This Position

The role is part of two local manufacturing plants' senior management teams and will contribute by delivering highly effective business partnership to our Operations team. This role will drive financial value in operating costs, fueling our future growth. Responsibilities relate to supporting two manufacturing plants.

What will you be responsible for?
  • Act as a trusted business partner to manufacturing plant leadership teams to support decision making and improve EVA performance.
  • Monitor and track monthly, quarterly, and YTD financial KPI performance; conduct monthly business performance reviews with plant management.
  • Analyze month-end financial close results; communicate findings to operations and regional finance teams in standardized formats.
  • Lead development of manufacturing plant spending forecasts for the annual operating plan (AOP) cycle.
  • Lead quarterly refreshes of spending forecasts for the AOP cycle.
  • Lead monthly financial forecast updates (POV) to inform management and regional leadership.
  • Manage local capital budgets, project control, and reporting, from AFE creation to asset capitalization and project closure.
  • Support initiatives to improve EVA performance and process standardization.
  • Educate non-finance teams at the plant to build business and financial acumen.

Note: This role does NOT handle the accounting close, journal entries, physical inventories, or reconciliation processes, which are supported by other functional teams.

What are we looking for?
  • Completed Bachelor Degree
  • Proven work-related experience
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong Excel skills and systems literacy
  • Organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities
  • Knowledge of finance principles, EVA, manufacturing costing, financial modeling, and managerial practices
  • Experience with systems like SAP, JDE, Hyperion Essbase, or equivalents preferred
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus
  • English language skills are desirable
