Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $195,700 Opportunity for annual bonuses and equity awards Comprehensive health and wellness programs, including fitness centers Inclusive and diverse company culture with a focus on employee well-being Potential for career advancement within a leading pharmaceutical organization Engaging in impactful work that contributes to the advancement of oncology treatments What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Engage with Oncology Specialists (NSCLC) and deliver clinical messages to support the launch of LIBTAYO Collaborate with various partners to address customer needs and develop strategies for brand growth Build strong relationships with designated accounts and key specialists Conduct market profiling to understand local healthcare dynamics and payer systems Identify business opportunities within accounts and coordinate efforts to support contracting processes What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications preferred Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in Oncology sales, with NSCLC experience preferred Required buy and bill experience with biologics Proven experience working with key NSCLC thought leaders and high-influence customers Strong understanding of the Oncology NSCLC therapeutic area and current marketplace How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Advanced clinically based and account-based selling skills Demonstrated success in complex markets with diverse customer segments Results-oriented with a proven track record of successful product launches Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills Passion for science and proactive in learning about disease-state and healthcare trends #Pharmaceutical #OncologySales #CareerOpportunity #CompetitivePay #DiversityAndInclusion We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
