Employer Industry: Pharmaceutical Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $195,700 Annual bonuses and equity awards provided Comprehensive health and wellness programs, including fitness centers Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Inclusive and diverse company culture Ability to work in a role that makes a significant impact on patient care and access to treatments What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Engage with Oncology Specialists and key experts to deliver clinical messages and promote the brand in NSCLC and NMSC Collaborate with various internal partners to address customer needs and develop strategies supporting brand objectives Build strong relationships with designated accounts and specialists to understand their goals and challenges Conduct market profiling to gain insights into healthcare delivery and payer systems Identify business opportunities and coordinate efforts within the Oncology account team to drive success What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor's degree; Master's degree or additional advanced education/certifications is a plus Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in Oncology sales, preferably with NSCLC experience Buy and bill experience with biologics required Proven account management experience with large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks Strong understanding of the Oncology NSCLC and NMSC therapeutic area and current marketplace dynamics How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience working with key NSCLC and NMSC thought leaders or high influence customers Demonstrated advanced clinically based and account-based selling skills Track record of success with product launches in complex markets Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills Passion for science and a proactive approach to learning about disease states and treatment options We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
