As a Sr. Engagement Manager, you would be responsible to deliver the end-to-end implementation of the Coupa solution. These projects can be delivered either directly by the Professional Services team or in support of one of our certified implementation partners. You would be accountable for the successful 'go-lives' of the customer, as well as being the ambassador of system expertise and best practices that would be aligned to the customers' business goals for choosing Coupa. Core responsibilities would be to drive the implementation of the end-to-end implementation. This includes managing the reporting, risk analysis and mitigation, as well as aligning the required resources to your project delivery either directly or in concert with the relevant delivery partner.What You'll Do:
Help customers focus on their goals and drive the implementation towards a successful, on-time implementationForge strong partnerships with customers and colleaguesLead all aspects of implementation from mobilization to deploymentLead process discussions for leading practicesCollaborate with Coupa services partners during the implementationEngage customers in enlightened business need discussions versus feature/function basicsProvide technical and functional expertise to customers during the implementation processProvide strong technical understanding of our product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full Coupa platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer's business needsCreate and/or improve implementation templates, training and presentationsFollow Coupa implementation methodology for all customers and tailor to meet each customer's unique business needsShare relevant prior experiences with customers and colleaguesProvide assistance to colleagues where neededWork well in both individual and team settings both on and off client siteManage customers where up to 50% of your time may include travelProvide Coupa platform demonstrations and various trainingsWhat You Will Bring to Coupa:
Experience with Procure to Pay process is highly desirable10+ years experience in systems applications consulting, either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software providerCandidates should have extremely strong client management skills and be able to work with customers to execute an implementation plan that works towards a rapid, successful go live procurement, AP and/or Expense Management experience is desired, but not requiredExperience with Software as a Service is a plus as is any experience with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation softwarePrevious senior consulting experience with the following applications is a solid predictor of success:
Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, Basware, OB10, Salesforce.Com, Workday, Great Plains, ACT, Oracle, SAPStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience configuring and delivering software demonstrations are requiredMust be able to work in a fast paced and passionate environmentBachelor Degree requiredMust have shown significant career growth as part of prior experience#LI-AA2#LI-RemoteCoupa complies with relevant laws and regulations regarding equal opportunity and offers a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
