ESMB Territory Account Executive

About Role
Sell the entire Customer 360 Platform and increase revenue spend across a set of new and existing customers. The Territory Account Executive sells cloud-based products into a diverse set of emerging accounts. As an Account Executive in our sales team, you will formulate and implement a sales strategy within an assigned region. You will work in partnership with the existing Account owners and will carry quota for the product's sales to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Close opportunities at assigned existing accounts and drive sales at new accounts.
- Drive sales within the assigned segment (lower Commercial segments).
- Acquire new logos within the assigned territory.
- Speak to Salesforce offerings as they relate to the customer’s needs and engage other Salesforce resources as required.
- Manage a high volume of accounts and sales.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year as a sales hunter and closer, leading the full sales cycle.
- Experience with outside software sales.
- Passionate about customer success - active teaming with the extended team.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quota preferably SaaS solutions.
- Ability to negotiate commercial contracts and maintain competitive pricing.
- Proven commercial success in working with executives, VP and ‘C’ level.
- Ability and validated experience with critical thinking and complex decision-making.

- Outstanding problem solving skills: consistent track record to ask questions, structure sophisticated problems, develop solutions and recommendations.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex info into easily digestible insights and executive presentations.
- Highly collaborative style with strong networking skills across business functions.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize effectively.
- Self-starter motivated to go above and beyond the task at hand and succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and best use.
