Atividades a serem desenvolvidas na área:
- Sendo parte de nosso time de Inovação e Novos Negócios você será capaz de liderar teses de novos negócios / startups, do começo ao fim, para avaliar e desenvolver novos negócios dentro da maior empresa de rede neutra do país e uma das maiores do mundo.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
**Responsabilidades**:
- Liderar estudos aprofundados sobre novos produtos e novos mercados, identificando whitespaces e priorizando oportunidades de investimento em novos negócios;
- Liderar o desenvolvimento de proposta de valor e modelo de negócio de novas iniciativas, desde a concepção até a consolidação, validando as soluções ou recomendando alternativas inovadoras aos novos negócios;
- Elaborar, junto as demais áreas correlatas, proposição de soluções inovadoras, construindo protótipos e estabelecendo backlogs e roadmaps para desenvolvimento de MVPs;
- Monitorar o ecossistema e acompanhar as tendências de mercado em temas relevantes, identificando oportunidades de novos negócios e estabelecendo portfolio de "futuros produtos";
- Desenvolver modelos financeiros de potenciais oportunidades de investimento;
- Desenvolver estratégias detalhadas de entrada no mercado (go-to-mkt) e potenciais parcerias de desenvolvimento de negócios;
- Liderar a interlocução entre as diversas áreas da Vtal e com parceiros, intervindo com esforços para negociar prioridades e assegurar que o novo negócio saia do papel;
- Desenvolver estratégias de engajamento com startups e desenvolvimento de negócios em parceria, realizando scout de startups e tecnologia, analise de negócios e business case.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
Formação e conhecimento técnico necessário:
- Experiência com lideranças de times multidisciplinares e em métodos ágeis;
- Conhecimento aprofundado em Gestão de Novos Negócios;
- Ter empreendido é um diferencial;
- Ter um perfil empreendedor;
- Inglês avançado;
- Experiência em inovação e ecossistema de startups.
