**Jobs Description**
- Work with Operations Head to establish departmental goals and timelines and provide updates.
- Responsible for day-to-day supervision of a group of agents including work and attendance monitoring.
- Effectively coach direct reports on their performance on a regular basis to ensure performance metrics are achieved.
- Forms the link between the team and management and is accountable for team plans, resource allocation and work processes and procedures.
- Lead by example - fair, consistent and fosters accountability within the team. Give the team the tools they need to encourage performance and succeed.
**Requirement**
- With experience in managing a team, coaching, and/or mentoring.
- Strong analytical skills, able to gather and present data well.
- Collaborative work style; willing to coach and be coached by others.
- Comfortable with shifting schedules, may be required to work on weekends and/or - holidays.
- Open to flexible arrangements during campaign/peak seasons
