Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated sales professionals to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and managing a strong B2B pipeline, qualifying leads, and closing deals with U.S. executives.

You will work directly with the U.S. market, earning in reais and dollars, and grow your career globally.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales)
  • Fluent English (C1/C2) – daily contact with U.S. clients
  • CRM/prospecting tools experience
  • Resilient, charismatic, and motivated by results
