Cultivate and manage key customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction. Analyze market trends, conduct cost and price assessments, and develop competitive strategies to stay ahead in the industry. Implement sellers training programs to enhance team capabilities. Prepare and present accurate, timely reports on performance and identify growth opportunities. Align strategies with market demands, focusing on immersive products and advanced systems to meet customer needs and drive innovation. Key qualifications include: 3 or more years of experience in sales, preferably in sales management or related roles. Fluency in spoken and written English and Portuguese. Proficient in market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and leveraging data-driven insights for strategic decision-making. Advanced Office skills. Key skills for success in this role include: Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze complex market trends and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Additional requirements include: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Professional certifications in sales or marketing (optional).
