**Responsibilities**:
- Support local hubs with demand planning process, endorsing system practice (SCM-APO) and statistical analysis, while consolidating information for the region and executing critical analysis from quantitative and qualitative standpoint
- Support local hubs inventory planning process, endorsing periodical revision the safety stock policies to balance properly the inventory and service levels
- Manage manual allocation and ensure product availability in the region while being the focal point between local needs and global supply team
- Support the hubs in achieving the supply chain metrics (backorder, forecast accuracy, DIO, scrap) and reporting those in a regional level with accuracy, in a time manner and with action plans
- Execute financial reconciliation, understand month to month variances and endorse long term planning identifying and highlighting the main issues and align them with the BU from a local and regional standpoint
- Support local, regional and global projects related to supply chain
- Strengthen SIOP process
**Requirements**:
- A solid experience in Demand Planning.
- Engineer and/or Business Degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Advanced English is a must.
- Intermediate Spanish is desirable.
