Demand Planning Specialist - Business Process Expert

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planning Specialist to join our team as a Business Process Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing key Global Plan Programs and initiatives to standardize, strengthen and sustain Demand Planning processes across the region.

You will lead advanced planning capabilities implementation and partner with local and global cross-functional teams to advance Demand Planning and IBP Capabilities (people, process and technology) across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Implement standardized and best practices planning processes to help advance Demand Planning and IBP Capabilities across the region.
  • Lead/participate in key global projects and initiatives, collaborating with the DP organization and cross-functional partners.
  • Develop and deliver training to educate stakeholders and improve planners' capabilities and skills.
  • Support change management practices to ensure effective implementation, adoption and integration of the initiatives.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in demand planning and IBP, driving innovative solutions for the demand planning community.
  • Support ongoing process governance and integrity, reporting, and data accuracy and regularly monitor process compliance (health check).
  • Develop consistent set of tools to report key DP metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Relevant previous experience in Supply Chain Planning area, preferred in DP & IBP business processes.
  • Ability to apply project and personal leadership to successfully achieve project, team and individual goals.
  • Ability to share knowledge and personal experience with peers. Coach others when appropriate.
  • Ability to influence others (including senior leaders) in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with ERP (SAP/APO) & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP, ANAPLAN).
  • Advanced English.
