The Demand Planning Manager plays a pivotal role in refining and optimizing demand planning processes, leveraging best practices to meet regional needs.
- Advance demand planning capabilities, driving growth, enhancing customer experience, and streamlining end-to-end supply chain efficiency.
- Standardize and enhance processes, introducing new ones based on functional expertise and external benchmarks.
- Lead cross-functional projects to prioritize resources and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with global teams to implement training programs and foster a community of practice for sharing best practices.
- Oversight of analytics for demand planning and development of tools to improve key metrics and support business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification.
- Relevant direct supply chain planning experience.
- Previous leadership experience and advanced English proficiency.
- Able to influence directors and manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
- Working knowledge of change management concepts and methodologies.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced planning software.
