">Ball is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead all SA Regional forecasting efforts across short- and long-term horizons. This role oversees a team that integrates insights from sales, marketing, finance, and other functions.
"]This position serves as the key link between Commercial, Supply, and Finance teams, driving demand planning within the SIOP process.
"Key responsibilities include developing demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for various time horizons, leading a team responsible for reviewing historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, review statistical forecast models, integrate market data, and evaluate forecast results.
"]This role also coordinates cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated Sales and Marketing assumptions.
"">The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, business, or related field, solid experience in supply chain demand planning, forecasting and analytical expertise, leadership and team management, strategic and scenario planning, and utilization of advanced planning systems.
