About the team

The Client Services team manages and grows Roku\'s partnerships with Advertisers, enabling our clients to reach their business objectives. We work together to help clients understand the new world of advertising and drive advertiser interest and engagement.

About the role

The world is streaming online and advertisers now target, reach, and measure audiences in ways broadcast TV and cable never could. Roku has re-written the rules of modern advertising, and we need an expert who can partner with brands to leverage this platform across Brazil. The role is a vital link between our clients and Roku\'s campaign delivery teams, requiring a passion for data, process, and customer success, with strong cross-functional collaboration. You will help the sales team maximize strategic solutions that influence client marketing and advertising objectives. This position requires strong communication skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced sales environment. As we grow our advertising strategy in Brazil, you will translate customer objectives into data-driven, effective advertising packages.

What you'll be doing
  • As an Account Manager, you will support the Brazilian ad sales team on our Media & Entertainment client business. You will be involved in the full sales cycle, from planning and presale to launch, execution, reporting, and billing, serving as the lead day-to-day point of contact for advertiser/ad agency relationships on campaign management.
  • Proactively manage renewals for current clients.
  • Partner closely with ad operations and other business operations teams on campaign activations and optimizations.
  • Monitor and report campaign status to key stakeholders, including external and internal updates, recaps, insights, screengrabs, and video captures.
  • Ensure on-time and smooth launches for clients for all product offerings.
  • Serve as the liaison between the client, Roku creative services, and ad operation teams, supporting best practices and ad guidelines for assets.
  • Provide regular communications and campaign updates with clients and internal stakeholders to keep everyone informed and on schedule.
  • Present insights, data, and campaign metrics during client meetings.
  • Support Roku billing efforts for our clients from invoice to payout.
We're excited if you have
  • 2+ years' experience in account management or client services at an ad tech company, entertainment/media brand, or media planning at an agency.
  • Experience in display and video advertising with premium publishers or agencies, programmatic video workflows, DSP platforms, and report creation/interpretation via Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
  • Driven, highly organized self-starter with a bias toward action and a focus on business development goals.
  • Growth mindset with a passion for learning and development. Be comfortable with ambiguity; maintain a positive demeanor and intrapreneurial spirit, recognizing that the role may evolve.
  • Strong collaboration, creative brainstorming, and proactive client engagement.
  • Familiar with commercial digital ad serving tools for video and display.
  • Analytical, project management, deadline-driven, and process-oriented.
  • Self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Located in Sao Paulo.
