Client Success Manager Job Description We're looking for a Client Success Manager to help keep our client accounts organized, updated, and performing. This role involves managing client Meta Ads daily, setting up and launching new campaigns, ad sets, and ads, creating simple client reports twice a month, and keeping tabs on deliverables and communicating with our team members. Key Responsibilities: Monitor client Meta Ads daily and input performance data Set up and launch new campaigns, ad sets, and ads Create simple client reports twice a month Manage client deliverables and communicate with our team Requirements: Experience in managing Meta Ads (required) Previous agency experience (preferred) Familiarity with CRM tools like GoHighLevel or similar software Bonus: automation experience using Zapier, Notion, Sheets, etc. Detail-oriented, responsive, and proactive communicator What We Offer: This is a part-time, flexible position with ideal hours overlapping with Pacific Time/Vegas.
