About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our products and services to new and existing customers, while developing pipeline to drive revenue growth.Responsibilities include:Sales and Territory Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in LATAM regionAchieve or exceed quota targets: Meet or exceed sales targets to drive revenue growthDevelop opportunity/account plans: Create effective plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growthEstablish key relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partnersProduct demonstrations: Deliver high-level product demonstrations to new and existing accountsPipeline development: Participate in the development of the assigned region, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling and sales cyclesBusiness case development: Develop and deliver comprehensive business cases to address customer and prospect priorities and pain pointsSalesforce maintenance: Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in Salesforce systemSkills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Communication or related fieldFluency in Portuguese and Spanish2-4 years' sales experience within softwareCustomer-focused, results-driven, excellent communicatorHigh energy, self-starter who can learn quickly and easily engage clientsWe offer a dynamic work environment, competitive compensation package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and value diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
