Team Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen our Restaurant SaaS growth in Brazil. In this role, you will focus on driving sales performance in your assigned region, leading a small team of Field Sales Representatives, and ensuring restaurants successfully adopt our platform. You will combine hands-on sales activities with team management, while contributing practical insights to improve our go-to-market approach.

Role Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market penetration targets;
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Field Sales Representatives (BDs), ensuring consistent performance and professional growth;
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities;
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
Role Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in SaaS for Food Delivery (mandatory)
  • 2+ years of team management or leadership experience;
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environments;
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
  • Fluent Portuguese; advanced English required.
