Alguns dos desafios que você vai encarar:Fazer a gestão de uma carteira de clientes, mantendo canais de comunicação abertos e ativos, realizando relacionamento constante; Cuidar do onboarding de novos clientes de sua carteira; Implantar nossa metodologia de trabalho na rotina do cliente; Garantir a implementação de tudo o que foi planejado e vendido; Garantir que as expectativas do cliente estão sendo atendidas e assegurar os interesses da V4 Company; Acompanhar, colher, monitorar e analisar informações de resultados do clientes e KPIs; Presidir reuniões com cliente e alinhamentos internos; Fazer gestão de projetos/jobs: controlando e documentado step by step, com briefing e cronogramas, garantindo que prazos e acordos sejam cumpridos; Através de data driven e relacionamento, identificar/antecipar oportunidades, rupturas e necessidades. Pré-requisitos para candidatura:Boa comunicação; Conhecimentos básicos em marketing e/ou administração de empresas; Conhecimentos básicos em planilhas e apresentações de slide. Desejável mas não eliminatório:Ter atuado como Atendimento Publicitário; Experiência com negociação; Conhecimento em tráfego pago (Comunidade Sobral, Tesman, etc); Certificações (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, CRMs, etc).
