We are seeking a Class Coordinator to support our online degree programs at an esteemed educational institution.

Your role will involve providing administrative support to academic staff and faculty, managing course schedules, maintaining records and databases.

You will act as the primary point of contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries.

  • Monitor student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries.
  • Plan and coordinate events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement.
  • Liaise with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proficiency in English (C1+), other languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in higher education.
