Enterprise Merchant Support SpecialistAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Merchant Support Specialist to join our team.This role will be responsible for delivering strategic services and support to clients, ensuring their success and maximizing the value of solutions.Clients come in various shapes and sizes, spanning multiple software platforms and each one has its own unique story and internal flows.The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to assist merchants in scaling up the technical aspects of our products externally with brand-name retailers looking to reduce online fraud rates and increase their bottom line by optimizing, improving, and enhancing current Riskified services internally collaborating daily with various departments including Product, Account Management, Analytics, Data Science, and Development.Key Responsibilities:Owning the technical aspects of integration efforts, upsells, and cross-sales to accelerate growth.Leading upsells, cross-sales, and other efforts as the main technical focal point for enterprise merchants.Analyzing clients' requirements and business needs from technical and functional perspectives, fitting solutions by having a deep understanding of our system and products capabilities.Building, monitoring, and executing joint project plans with clients.Working closely with Account Management, Sales, and Support teams as a technical subject matter expert offering technical support for new and existing products and services.Initiating and designing process improvements, tools, features, and product enhancements proactively.What We Offer:A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A competitive compensation package.Requirements:Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Strong technical expertise and analytical abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative mindset and strong teamwork skills.
