Program Support SpecialistWe are seeking a highly organized and communicative Program Support Specialist to contribute to the success of our online programs.
The successful candidate will work closely with academic staff, faculty members, and students to ensure program quality.Provide administrative support to academic staff and faculty, manage course schedules, and maintain records and databases.Act as the primary contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries.Monitor student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed.Facilitate communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries.Plan and coordinate events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement.Liaise with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.Maintain records, reports, and program-related documentation.The ideal candidate has proficiency in English (C1+), a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field, and 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in higher education.
