Job Description We are seeking a strategic HR Partner to support our business units in aligning Human Resources practices with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between HR and business units, ensuring strategic alignment and supporting leaders in decision-making related to talent and workforce planning. Key Responsibilities: Act as the liaison between HR and business units Support leaders in decision-making related to talent and workforce planning Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes Drive organizational development initiatives and succession planning Promote employee engagement, company culture, and workplace well-being Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, performance) Mediate conflicts and foster a positive work environment Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations Participate in cross-functional HR projects Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields Previous experience as an HRBP or in generalist HR roles Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach Proficiency in HR tools and Microsoft Office Suite Advanced English language proficiency Benefits This role offers: A hybrid work model with 4 days on-site A temporary contract for 9 months
