**Tool Coordinator Role**

Rio de Janeiro-based Tool Coordinators ensure the most efficient tool/equipment provision as per object and project requirements.

This includes all tasks related to tool/equipment preparation and reconditioning, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and time plans.

  • Execute the role of 'Tool / Equipment / System Lead' within assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with Technical Solution Leads (TSLs) for early alignment on provided tool/equipment/solutions.
  • Lead tool/equipment preparation and monitor its execution in line with project budget, quality standards, and time plan.
  • Provide required information to team members and request necessary data from them.
  • Ensure the assigned team completes deliverables according to deadlines set while adhering to QHSE standards.
  • Maintain proactive communication and coordination with other lead roles, SOP team members, and stakeholders at an early stage.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and regional OSSPs for optimal tool fleet utilization.
  • Ensure tool/equipment is in good condition after service completion in a timely manner.
  • In case of deviations, consult customers and/or other project team members to align the situation.
  • Document lessons learned and share valuable information.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Technical vocational education.
  • Relevant experience in tool/equipment handling.
  • B2 English Level.
  • Good Functional leadership skills.
  • Technical understanding of tool-related operational work and processes.
  • Good skills in writing technical documents.
