As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an Associate Recruiter in Brazil to play a key role in shaping our hiring efforts across diverse teams.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of sourcing, screening, and coordinating top-tier talent while contributing to a seamless recruitment process that reflects our company’s values. Responsibilities:- Source and screen candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Support hiring managers in creating job descriptions and understanding job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Assist in the maintenance of candidate records and the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Communicate effectively with candidates, team members, and stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and a seamless experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Adhere to Brazilian labor laws, ensuring all hiring practices align with compliance requirements.
- Provide support in onboarding new hires and assist with HR administrative tasks as needed.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of Brazilian labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Portuguese.
- Experience with ATS tools.
- Previous experience or internships in HR or recruiting.
- Passion for people and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
