**Role Overview**
As a Back Office and Customer Support Admin, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering outstanding customer service. This shift-based role requires strong communication skills, an advanced level of English proficiency, and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process, verify, and maintain records of transactions and perform other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Support other back-office functions as needed to meet business demands.
- **
Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory.** Additional language skills (e.g., Arabic, Italian, or Spanish) are a plus.
- Willingness to work on a **shift-based schedule.**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a back-office or customer support role is advantageous but not required.
- Attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Familiarity with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM tools).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to perform well under pressure.
