Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Channel Account Manager to significantly grow our Video and Access Control business across the Brazil territory . Reporting to the Sales Director, this role is the primary liaison between Motorola Solutions and our key Channel Partners, specifically System Integrators . You will be responsible for executing strategic sales initiatives, fostering deep relationships, and driving channel revenue growth to exceed territory sales goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets for the assigned territory and Channel Partners. Cultivate strong, trust‑based relationships with key Channel Partners (System Integrators), acting as the primary point of contact for all video solutions selling initiatives. Recruit and onboard new, high‑potential channel partners to expand our reseller network for Video & Access Control products. Collaborate with territory leaders to establish aggressive, yet achievable, quarterly and annual sales objectives for each assigned Channel Partner. Educate Channel Partners on the full value and technical capabilities of our solutions, articulating how our portfolio enhances their offerings and profitability. Ensure partner staff are fully trained and certified on our solutions to guarantee successful deployment and customer satisfaction. Actively support the broader sales team (Channel Sales Executives, Business Development Managers) in closing complex end‑user opportunities. Facilitate efficient business operations, assisting partners with order processing and returns via our distribution network. Drive funnel development through aggressive prospecting, lead generation, and opportunity nurturing. Accurately track and report all sales activities, leads, and project status using internal lead/project management databases. Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts to the leadership team. Work cross‑functionally with colleagues including Channel Sales Executives, Business Development Managers, Inside Sales, and Sales Engineering to deliver comprehensive solutions. Basic Requirements Required Qualifications 5+ years of successful, channel‑focused sales experience within the video security industry (with System Integrators or similar partners). Proven track record in a transactional business environment with demonstrable achievement in delivering sales results. Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills in Portuguese (native/fluent required) and English (advanced required). Strong technical acumen and the ability to confidently discuss and demonstrate complex products and solutions. Exceptional presentation skills and ability to convey technical and business value to diverse audiences. Expertise in funnel development and proactive prospecting to consistently build a robust pipeline. A strong understanding of go‑to‑market strategy, sales philosophy, and consultative selling. Superior time management and ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with CRM and sales tracking software. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Physical Security solutions, specifically Access Control. An established client base and professional network within the assigned Brazil territory. Location & Travel This role requires significant travel within the territory, no less than 50% of the time. Some international travel may be required.
