**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are hiring a **Wellbeing Engagement Analyst **to our **Wellbeing Engagement** team in **São Paulo**
**YOUR IMPACT**
- Creation, development and monitoring of campaigns for employee engagement, via HR for large companies;
- Creation and development of a massive action calendar for the pool of smaller companies;
- Support the Planning team with custom actions;
- Gympass product training for HRs, Promoters and Ambassadors;
- Execution of webinars and lectures to engage new employees;
- Production of content material about Gympass in video/audio for support;
- Analysis of the results of the actions taken and adaptation to new campaigns;
- Planning and contracting third parties for personalized actions;
- Financial and operational control of the actions taken.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- Intermediate/Advanced English;
- Previous experience in the HR area or with B2B2C events (it is a plus);
- Knowledge in Google package (Sheets and Slides);
- Resilience to work in an environment with changes and different scenarios;
- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time and at a fast paced;
- Good writing and well-developed communication and oratory skills for lectures and webinars;
- Critical and analytical view of projects and their impacts on the entire environment;
- Owner mentality and proactivity are key to the role;
- Creative and proactive develop new scalable projects, running quickly;
- Be willing to help make the world healthier.
