- Responsible for corporate events and wellness programs in Brazil.
- Translate and localise regional initiatives related to culture, engagement, and wellness.
- Plan, organise, and follow up local corporate events (online and offline) to promote a culture of celebration, high performance, and wellness.
- Manage projects and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables while maximising savings.
- Develop reports to measure internal clients' perception of culture and engagement initiatives.
- Follow up useful indicators, such as climate surveys and turnover interviews, to inform improvements in internal culture.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Advanced English language skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Experience in internal events and/or endomarketing.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage projects and tasks efficiently and independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products.
