To succeed in this dynamic role, you will work closely with merchants to craft customized growth strategies that align with their unique brand voices and target audiences.
- You will establish and maintain strong relationships with merchants through open communication, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for merchant onboarding and ongoing operations.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to merchants.
- Collaborate with merchants to enhance content best practices, advertising optimization, and product listing effectiveness.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, account management, or e-commerce operations is required.
- Familiarity with e-commerce workflows and operational processes is essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
