**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Suporte à área de HR Operations;
- Realizar o contato com novos funcionários e cadastro de admissões nos sistemas;
- Cadastro, pedido e solicitação de pagamento dos benefícios;
Elaboração e atualização de planilhas;
- Monitoramento do processo de admissão;
- Apoio nas atividades de ponto eletrônico;
- Atualizações cadastrais mensais nos sistemas internos;
- Auxiliar com cadastramento de fingerprints;
- Arquivo de documentação;
- Agendamento e acompanhamento de exames admissionais, demissionais e periódicos;
- Atendimento aos fundadores.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Superior cursando nas áreas de Administração, Psicologia, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;
- Noção básica de Pacote Office (Word, PowerPoint e Excel), conhecimento de MS Outlook;
- Bom relacionamento interpessoal;
- Organização e proatividade;
- Boa comunicação oral e escrita;
- Inglês intermediário (desejável).
