As a key contributor, you'll be instrumental in supporting cutting-edge Business Network solutions that enhance the security, stability, and profitability of our customers' businesses.WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS- Learn to support OpenText products, a global leader in Information Management. Engage directly with clients and OpenText teams from around the world.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED- Proficiency in English and Brazilian Portuguese language will be assessed as part of the selection process. - Some experience in support or operations. Basic ITIL knowledge. A desire to learn. Patience to support both technical and non-technical customers. Availability to work from 10am to 7pm, Monday to Friday (three weeks per month, Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday to Thursday at office)- Availability to work from 10pm to 6am, Monday to Friday (one week per month, remote)- Willingness to work one weekend per month.OpenText's efforts to build an inclusive work environment go beyond simply complying with applicable laws.
