Description
Amazon is seeking Account Managers to promote and drive adoption of Amazon's pillars, unlocking new growth opportunities. You will leverage industry trends and seller pain points to identify new business opportunities, such as gaps in specific subcategories, and inform our sales strategy.
Your role as the voice of the seller is crucial — you will escalate feedback and collaborate cross-functionally to improve Amazon's products, services, and processes. This position offers the chance to make a tangible impact on top-performing sellers. Key job responsibilities
- Prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to meet/exceed targets.
- Educate merchants about Amazon's standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
- Recommend optimal shipping solutions to enhance seller and customer experience.
- Guide sellers on improving selection, shipping, pricing, and catalog quality.
- Understand category specifics to identify trends and tailor advice.
- Track, analyze, and report on merchant development and performance.
- Manage time effectively to achieve KPIs.
- Apply data-driven problem-solving and decision-making.
- Drive growth in the Brazil Marketplace.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pipeline management and CRM tools like Salesforce.
