Overview The goal of Amazon Logistics is to build a world class last mile operation. Amazon aims to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and in the most cost effective way possible. We are looking for creative leaders with a passion for high complex challenges, a knack for problem solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Amazon Logistics is looking for a Learning Manager. This position will support operations expansion by implementing scalable solutions in order to guarantee quality of processes and drive standards adoption. Responsibilities As Learning Manager, you will be responsible for training of two audiences: 1) Under the Roof Operations and 2) Leadership onboarding and development. Your scope includes the definition of Learning area strategy and day-to-day operations of learning organization within Amazon Ops Leadership and Under the Roof. You will manage a team of Regional Learning Coordinators. Key goal is to guarantee onboarding/training compliance in accordance with policies, procedures and standards. You will perform quality audits and follow up metric results to drive customer experience and performance improvement within the delivery network. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Advanced English Skills Team management experience Experience leading, teaching and developing people to deliver key organizational goals Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences Cross-functional project management experience Process improvement experience via Kaizen and use of LEAN tools Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering, Operations or related field. MBA is a plus Experience with Learning Management Systems and content development Ability to influence others Certifications in Six Sigma and Lean are a plus Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations Ability to Deep Dive and develop innovative ideas for process challenges Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
