The Opportunity Our Team in Brazil is looking for an LATAM Regional Account Manager to work with executives at some of the largest companies in the market, helping them to progress their employees’ communication skills, and achieve their strategic objectives. The job requires persistence, strategic acumen, and creativity. Key Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities in target accounts Manage complex end-to-end B2B sales processes, executing needs analyses, value proposition definitions and negotiations with C-level stakeholders Gain insight into the HR/L&D customer market and apply that knowledge in conversations with large local and international companies Write and deliver compelling pitch presentations, requiring a thorough knowledge of the market and how our services stand out from competitors The Skills & Experience We Look For At least 5 years’ experience managing complex consultative end-to-end B2B sales processes Strong relational skills, influencing skills and presence Exceptional communication skills Passion for selling high quality solutions that deliver real business impact for clients Upper-intermediate English and Spanish (minimum C1) is mandatory Experience working in education and/or with HR stakeholders is a plus Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus To thrive at EF Corporate Learning, you will Have strong personal drive and energy Be curious about our clients’ businesses and how our solutions can enable their success Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a nothing is impossible mindset Be excited by having ownership and autonomy Enjoy working in a fast-paced results-driven environment Be passionate about learning and language About us With campuses and offices in over 50 countries, including the beautiful Ashridge House outside London, we offer a truly global and collaborative environment.
