**Resumo do Cargo**
O estagiário na área de Impactful Brand Experience Specialist auxiliará na criação e execução de estratégias de marketing que proporcionem experiências memoráveis e significativas para os consumidores, como elabaração de materiais para lojas, shoppers e veterinários, desenvolvimento de ações comerciais e análise de resultados. Trabalhará de perto com a equipe de trade marketing e de vendas para garantir que todas as interações com a marca sejam alinhadas com os valores e objetivos da empresa.
**Principais Responsabilidades**
- Apoiar na implementação de campanhas e iniciativas de trade marketing que elevem a experiência da marca;
- Auxiliar na análise de dados de mercado e comportamento do consumidor para identificar oportunidades de melhorar a experiência de marca;
- Contribuir para a criação de conteúdos e materiais promocionais;
- Colaborar com a equipe para garantir a consistência da mensagem da marca em todos os pontos de contato com o consumidor, o lojista e o veterinário;
- Participar de reuniões de equipe e brainstorms criativos para desenvolver novas ideias e soluções inovadoras;
- Auxiliar no monitoramento e relatório do desempenho das campanhas e iniciativas de marketing;
- Apoiar na organização de eventos e atividades promocionais;
- Suporte em processos administrativos como pagamentos, atualizações em sistema, acompanhamento de pedidos, etc.
**Requisitos Necessários**
- Estar matriculado em curso superior na área de Marketing, Administração, Publicidade, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas;
- Forte interesse e conhecimento em branding e marketing;
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita;
- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e de forma colaborativa;
- Proatividade e iniciativa para propor soluções e novas ideias;
- Habilidade em análise de dados;
- Habilidade com ferramentas do Google, especialmente Sheets;
- Conhecimento em SAP é desejável;
- Inglês intermediário.
