We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Professional to lead the planning and execution of global communication strategies and campaigns for brand image building and sustainment.
As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated campaigns that drive collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. You will own the development of communications plans, manage creative asset development, and work in partnership with our Global Research & Insights team to design learning agendas and measurement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in premium and lifestyle marketing, excellent project management and organizational skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders. They will also possess strong communication and presentation skills, as well as strategic thinking and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of 360° integrated campaigns.
- Own the development of integrated communications plans and briefs.
- Manage creative asset development and delivery with external partners.
- Work in partnership with Global Research & Insights team to design learning agendas and measurement.
- Develop and manage relationships with key country partners.
- Lead cross-functional and global teams in order to develop and deliver marketing campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years experience in marketing as Brand Manager, leading branding and ATL campaign planning and executions.
• Strong Premium & Lifestyle marketing background.
• Above average project management and organizational skills to drive complex agendas of multiple priorities and stakeholders, juggling multiple projects and project timelines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong story-telling and presentation skills.
• Strong strategic thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment with a strong “Can do” attitude.
• Enthusiasm for brand marketing.
• Demonstrated educational or professional international experience.
• Fluent English is mandatory as this is a Global position with constant contact with several cultures.
