Billing & Collections Specialist - Remote Work:

As a Billing & Collections Specialist at BairesDev, you will manage accounts receivable processes, ensure timely invoice generation, and coordinate collection efforts to maintain healthy cash flow. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency while maintaining positive customer relationships.

What You'll Do:

  1. Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and identify overdue accounts.
  3. Contact clients via phone, email, or letter to collect outstanding payments.
  4. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
  5. Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to address payment-related issues.
  6. Maintain detailed records of collection activities and payment arrangements.

What We Are Looking For:

  1. 3+ years of experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable.
  2. Knowledge of billing processes and collection procedures.
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills for customer interactions.
  4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  6. Ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially.
  7. Advanced level of English.
