Building Materials Sales Manager

Description of Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research of Brazilian building materials to explore market opportunities and develop market development plans.
- Sell materials including TPO, PVC, HDPE, SBS, APP and other waterproofing membrane materials, geomembrane, rubber powder, cellulose ether, concrete additives, mortar powder, and other building materials.
- Formulate sales policies and develop sales channels.
- Establish cooperative relationships with Brazilian construction and real estate companies to achieve sales targets.
- Report and resolve issues encountered with the company's products, guide and assist in handling customer complaints, and provide timely feedback to superiors for unresolved problems.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 years of experience in building materials sales.
- Experience in sales of TPO, PVC, HDPE, SBS, APP, or other waterproof building materials, or sales experience in mortar powder, rubber powder, cellulose ether, concrete admixture. Experience in the same industry is preferred.
- Understanding of building waterproof materials and decoration materials, with relevant sales channels and resources.
- Proficiency in both English and Portuguese as working languages.
- Strong team spirit, sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, and ability to work cross-culturally.
- Based in Sao Paulo and willing to travel across Brazil.
