The Brand Strategy team develops the brand strategy and fundamentals, and adapts its message to different audiences. Within this team, PMM roles ensure the brand connects meaningfully with key stakeholders and generates value for the business. As a PMM for Health, your stakeholders are the community of doctors, hospitals, and end-users. You'll work closely with the Health Alliance team and will be the marketing reference for them, ensuring doctors and members understand and engage with our differentiated care model. You'll own the planning and execution of marketing initiatives by translating brand fundamentals into clear, actionable communication and initiatives that strengthen trust and drive health outcomes. This means deeply understanding our brand, our product and stakeholder needs, prioritizing demands, managing budgets, and collaborating closely with our internal creative hub to make things happen.
Key Responsibilities- Translate brand fundamentals into compelling narratives for the health community and end-users.
- Understand the challenges of the health community and end-users to co-create marketing initiatives.
- Drive Brand Consistency, guiding teams to reflect the brand in every touchpoint.
- Drive impact by prioritizing and leading marketing initiatives for Health Alliance.
- Develop clear briefs for marketing deliverables, connecting the Health Alliance with the Internal Creative Hub.
- Provide branded communication materials tailored for doctors, hospitals and end-users.
- Oversee performance and resources, managing budgets, tracking results, and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Strong technical knowledge of marketing, with a focus on brand strategy or product marketing.
- Experience translating brand strategy into actionable initiatives that generate business impact.
- Ability to engage with different stakeholders, including health operations, health institutions and others.
- Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Experience in B2B or B2B2C environments, ideally in healthcare, technology, or services.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-demand environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Passionate about marketing and branding, with a strong desire to build an impactful brand.
- Strategic and analytical thinker, able to identify synergies between projects and strategies.
- Empathetic and user-centered communicator, bridging brand strategy with human health needs.
- Collaborative and influential, inspiring colleagues and stakeholders to drive impact and results.
