Role Responsibilities Ensures we provide the highest level of after-sales customer care and satisfaction, giving the customer the best possible experience. Talks and listens to customers to build rapport and understand their service/repair requirements. Uses an understanding of the customer’s needs to guide them toward the product/service that best meets those needs. Provides accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, ensuring customers are fully aware of likely costs and timescales and setting expectations accordingly. Introduces customers to the appropriate technician to discuss work details and add value for the customer and dealership. Schedules work to meet customer requirements, considering workshop utilisation, job complexity and parts availability. Encourages the sale of genuine parts and accessories where appropriate, and takes opportunities to sell additional products/services and promote current promotions. Works with colleagues across the centre to provide a seamless service (e.g., assisting customers not being attended to by others). Identifies and follows up sales opportunities for other teams with the most appropriate specialist. Follows up each service or repair with a personal call to check customer satisfaction. What you’ll bring to the role Strong customer service skills and enjoyment in helping people. Experience in customer service; automotive setting is desirable but not essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex matters clearly. Proactive, takes initiative, and demonstrates ownership of issues. Ability to multi-task and stay organised in a fast-paced environment. Team player who supports colleagues. Willingness to learn and keep up to date with product and technical information. Thrive in a high-pressured environment.
