Gestão de indicadores de fluxo de pedido (extração e tratamento de relatórios via Excel, implementação de melhorias no processo);
Atendimento aos clientes internos;
Gestão de indicadores de complaints (extração e tratamento de relatórios via Excel, implementação de melhorias no processo);
Suporte com projetos da área;
