- Education in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Production);
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Understand the need of stakeholder management in different levels;
- Strong drive and energy level with ability to create a high performing working culture;
- A leader with courage, integrity who can lead and drive changes together with the team;
- Team oriented with proven interest in people development;
- Experience from product development of Trucks and/or Buses;
- Result oriented and always looking for improvements in our way of working;
- Communicative and with good influencing skills.
**Atividades**:
- Embedded SW specification;
- Local calibration of global ECU’s;
- Cross Functional Specifications and End User Functions ownership for latin America market;
- Hardware In the Loop testing design and execution;
- Complete rigs and vehicles SW Integration and Verification.
**Escolaridade Mínima**: Ensino Superior
