O Customer Success Specialist será responsável por garantir a satisfação e o sucesso dos clientes no mercado de imigração, fornecendo suporte dedicado e proativo. O profissional trabalhará em estreita colaboração com os clientes para entender suas necessidades, resolver problemas e garantir que obtenham o máximo valor dos serviços de imigração oferecidos pela empresa.
Responsabilidades:
- Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos fortes com os clientes, atuando como principal ponto de contato.
- Orientar os clientes ao longo de todo o processo de imigração, fornecendo informações claras e precisas sobre procedimentos, documentação e prazos.
- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos serviços oferecidos e sugerir soluções para aumentar a satisfação e a retenção dos clientes.
- Monitorar e analisar métricas de sucesso dos clientes, oferecendo feedback contínuo e ajustando estratégias conforme necessário.
- Colaborar com outras equipes, como vendas, marketing e operações, para garantir uma experiência integrada e positiva para o cliente.
- Resolver problemas e responder a consultas dos clientes de maneira eficiente e profissional.
- Organizar e conduzir reuniões regulares com os clientes para avaliar seu progresso e oferecer suporte adicional conforme necessário.
- Manter-se atualizado sobre as leis e regulamentos de imigração relevantes para garantir que os clientes recebam informações precisas e atualizadas.
