Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage Facebook ad campaigns to meet lead generation and conversion goals. Monitor and analyze ad performance daily, optimizing for better results and ROI. Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers to develop engaging creatives. Conduct A / B testing on ad elements such as audiences, copy, visuals, and CTAs. Manage and segment audiences, retarget users, and implement lookalike strategies. Prepare weekly performance reports and present insights and recommendations. Support other marketing activities as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns. Solid understanding of performance marketing, targeting, and analytics. Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and tracking tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, or other marketing platforms is a plus. Time Zone: Eastern Time Schedule: Full-Time Only resumes submitted in English will be considered.
