Cargo: BDM – Business Development Manager Local: Híbrido – São Paulo/SP Tipo de Contratação: CLT Efetivo Salário: A combinar Horário: Segunda a sexta, das 08h30 às 17h30 (1h de intervalo) Sobre a vaga: Estamos buscando um profissional de vendas consultivas com experiência em negócios B2B, preferencialmente no segmento de soluções de RH, Assessment e Coaching. A posição exige forte habilidade de negociação, relacionamento com clientes e prospecção de novos negócios. Responsabilidades: Cumprir metas e objetivos comerciais definidos pela gestão. Identificar e prospectar novos clientes corporativos. Gerenciar carteira ativa, garantindo alto índice de conversão em vendas. Registrar todas as interações com clientes e prospects no CRM interno. Conduzir negociações contratuais até o fechamento. Realizar reuniões de acompanhamento e fortalecimento de relacionamento com clientes estratégicos. Colaborar com outras áreas para aprimorar rotinas comerciais e experiência do cliente. Requisitos: Ensino Superior completo em Administração ou áreas correlatas. Experiência comprovada em vendas de soluções de RH ((Outplacement, Assessment, Coaching) Conhecimento sólido em técnicas de negociação e estratégias comerciais. Capacidade de construir relacionamentos de longo prazo. Diferenciais: Pós-graduação em Gestão de Negócios. Inglês e/ou espanhol avançado.
