We are seeking a Sales Development Representative - Native Portuguese to join our commercial team. This role is crucial in engaging and converting potential leads into new clients by being the first point of contact for all potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responding to inbound leads via multiple channels
  2. Understanding clients' projects and business needs
  3. Providing accurate information about our products and services
  4. Setting up the next steps in the sales process

Ideal Candidate:

  • Native in Portuguese (mandatory)
  • Fluent in English (advanced level required)
  • Strong communication skills with a commercial mindset
  • Previous experience in similar roles, especially with intangible products/services
